• At least 2 years of experience Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for the precision marking, cutting, and terminaling of wire to meet specific customer orders and program specifications.

Key Responsibilities Machine Operation:

Set up and operate wire processing machinery, including cutting, stripping, and marking equipment according to drawing specifications.

Quality & Maintenance:

Maintain high levels of productivity and quality. You will be responsible for the care of perishable tooling fixtures and tracking machine maintenance using existing logs.

Technical Execution:

Strip wire using stripping machines and crimping presses. Stage work orders and ensure all \"PR\" status wire/tubing orders are finished daily.

Technical Oversight:

Read and interpret schematic drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine material requirements and assembly instructions.

Workplace Standards:

Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with setting up production personnel on the work floor as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications Measurement Precision:

Ability to use and read measuring devices such as rulers, micrometers, calipers, and scales. Knowledge of computer micrometers and magnifying aids is essential.

Math & Literacy:

Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English. Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and the ability to convert units of measurement.

Technical Insight:

Advanced knowledge of IPC Training Modules and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues using critical thinking.

Detail-Oriented:

A high level of attention to detail and strong time management skills are required to meet daily production deadlines.
