Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Complex Electromechanical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling intricate electromechanical systems, ensuring precision and quality at every step. Your expertise will contribute to the production of advanced electronic and mechanical components, supporting innovative solutions across various industries. Duties Assemble complex electromechanical devices by interpreting detailed schematics, technical drawings, and assembly instructions. Solder surface mount technology (SMT) components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precision, adhering to IPC 610 standards. Install and wire electrical components, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, switches, and connectors, following electrical wiring diagrams. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment to accurately assemble mechanical parts and enclosures. Conduct inspections of assemblies using ohmmeters and other testing devices to verify electrical continuity and functionality. Follow manufacturing processes and quality standards to ensure compliance with IPC 610 guidelines for electronic assemblies. Troubleshoot assembly issues by analyzing schematics and technical documentation, making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed. Skills Strong knowledge of PCB assembly techniques, including surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole components. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and understanding their integration within electromechanical systems. Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams. Skilled in soldering techniques compliant with IPC 610 standards for high-quality electronic assemblies. Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment for precise assembly tasks. Familiarity with electrical testing instruments such as ohmmeters and multimeters to verify circuit integrity. Ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment while maintaining strict quality control standards. Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT), electrical wiring practices, and general manufacturing processes related to electromechanical systems.
