Job Description

Cable & Harness Technician (2nd Shift)
Gilbert, AZ Shift Schedule:
2nd
Shift:
3:00 PM - 12:30 AM 9/80 Work Schedule We are seeking Cable & Harness Technicians to support manufacturing operations at our Gilbert Manufacturing Center. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with electrical assembly and wiring experience looking to work in a high-quality production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture cable and harness products Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, wire lists, and engineering drawings Perform electrical assembly and wiring tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain quality standards and follow company procedures and ISO requirements Ensure work is completed according to schedules and operation sheets Communicate status updates and technical issues to shop leads and management
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical assembly and wiring Additional education and/or relevant experience in assembly, electronics, manufacturing, production, or logistics Ability to successfully complete IPC WHMA-A-620 and
NASA-J-STD
certification requirements (certification not required prior to hire) Experience reading wiring diagrams and technical drawings Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) and crimping experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate of a Technical Trade School Current IPC WHMA-A-620 and/or
NASA-J-STD
certifications Experience with MES applications, workflow systems, signoffs, and documentation
Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required Must pass drug test and background check No security clearance required #IND1
Pay:
$35.00 - $50.00 per hour
