Job Description:

We are seeking candidates that are mechanically inclined or assemblers to perform assembly tasks, including mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies. The role requires an individual who can read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly. The assembler will also perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve assembly issues and ensure product functionality. We are willing to train, just wanting mechanically inclined individuals. Responsibilities (willing to train/just want candidates that can use basic tools) Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications for accurate component assembly. Basic Assembly Coach and train lower-level assemblers in techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Recommend improvements to assembly processes for increased efficiency and reduced waste. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other departments to resolve design or manufacturing issues. Conduct final quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet company standards. Maintain inventory of parts and materials, ensuring optimal stock levels. Assist with setup, calibration, and operation of automated or semi-automated assembly equipment. Follow lean manufacturing guidelines and provide continuous improvement suggestions. this one is for General assembler. Machine Assembler (0) Candidates need to be mechanically inclined, have knowledge and experience with hand and air powered tools and be able to read a tape measure. MIG welding, plasma cutting and metal fabrication experience is a plus. Willing to work overtime when needed. Finish Machine Assembler (0) Candidates need to be mechanically inclined, have knowledge and experience with hand and air powered tools and be able to read a tape measure. Position involves some wiring, installation of engines, hydraulic components and hoses, decals and lights on painted machines. Willing to work overtime when needed. General Assembler (2) Candidates need to be mechanically inclined, have knowledge and experience with hand and air powered tools and be able to read a tape measure. Position involves the assembly of a wide range of parts needed for the assembly of the larger units. Candidate could possibly be utilized as a machine operator for the Band Saw, Brake press, Plate Roller, Plasma Tables etc. Skills assembly, assembler, power tools, hand tools, tape measure, machine operator, Fabrication, Blueprint, assembly, MIG, plasma cutting, wiring, install, electronics, electrical, band saw, press brake, plasma table Top Skills Details assembly,assembler,power tools,hand tools,tape measure,machine operator Additional Skills & Qualifications 6+ months of assembly experience Able to read a tape measure Able to use hand and power tools 2+ years of construction experience.

• Must have mechanical assembly, mechanic experience
• electrical assembly highly preferred
• any experience with press breaks, shears and basic CNC's a plus
• blueprint reading a big plus
