is seeking qualified Panel Assemblers to join its team. Job Summary The Electrical Panel Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing industrial control panels in a manufacturing environment. This position requires the ability to read electrical schematics, follow build instructions, and maintain high-quality workmanship standards. Responsibilities Assemble and wire industrial control panels according to electrical schematics and layout drawings Mount and secure components such as breakers, relays, contactors, terminal blocks, and power supplies Perform point-to-point wiring and cable routing Label wires and components according to drawings Drill, tap, and install panel hardware as required Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy Perform basic electrical testing using meters Assist senior assemblers with more complex assembly tasks as needed. Report any issues or defects in materials and components to the leads. Maintain production schedules and meet deadlines Follow all company safety and quality procedures Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 3+ year of electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Experience using hand and power tools. Basic knowledge of electrical safety practices Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or part of a team.WORK ENVIRONMENT
ADA Physical/Mental/Workplace Requirements- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch, as required.
- Able to climb portable ladder
- Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required
- Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.
