This role is expected to run about 6 months and involves precision hand soldering, electronic assembly, potting, and microscope inspection. If you have soldering experience and take pride in quality work, this is a great opportunity to join a stable, fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities - Solderer/Assembler Perform through-hole, SMT, and jumper wire soldering using a soldering iron. Assemble and inspect components using hand tools, presses, and microscopes. Follow detailed work instructions, safety standards, and

specifications. Operate specialized machinery including SMT, wave soldering, and potting tools. Support quality checks, process documentation, and occasional overtime needs. Qualifications for the Solderer/Assembler Role 1-3 years of soldering or related experience Proficient in microscope-assisted soldering and visual inspection. Able to pass a vision test and complete J-STD certification with 70%+ score. High School Diploma or GED Basic computer knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a plus.

Pay:

$20-$25/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (mandatory overtime in this schedule)
