Manufacturing/Production Operator Scottsdale, AZ Pay Estimated:
$20.37 - $23.37/Hour U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law We are hiring a Manufacturing Production Operator in Scottsdale, AZ to support the assembly and production of advanced electronic and mechanical defense systems in a manufacturing environment. This role requires experience with electronics assembly, hand soldering, cable harnessing, torque tools, PCB assembly, and production operations supporting mission-critical aerospace and defense technologies.
Responsibilities:
Execute assembly operations for electronic and mechanical components, including: Modules Circuit boards Panels Frames Cables and harnesses Perform wiring, component installation, and cable harness assembly activities. Conduct hand soldering on circuit boards, assemblies, and electronic components. Follow work instructions, manufacturing methods, and production sequencing requirements. Use hand tools, torque tools, soldering irons, and light industrial equipment to complete assembly tasks. Set up and operate basic production equipment in compliance with manufacturing specifications and quality standards. Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production and assembly operations. Ensure product quality and compliance with manufacturing and workmanship standards. Maintain clean, organized, and safety-compliant work areas. Support production activities within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience using hand tools, torque tools, and soldering irons. Ability to perform basic electronic and mechanical assembly operations. Familiarity with measuring tools and basic math concepts used in manufacturing environments. Ability to follow detailed work instructions, assembly procedures, and manufacturing specifications. Ability to work onsite in a production and manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with electronic assembly or PCB soldering. Experience with cable harness assembly. Familiarity with IPC standards, including:
