Our company continues to move the avionics industry forward by designing the next generation of technology as well as the latest iterations of our flagship products to ensure easier management and safety & reliability of all phases of flight. Summary
  • Performs a variety of electronic and/or mechanical assembly operations on printed wiring boards and mechanical assemblies according to specifications by performing the following duties and responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Essential duties and responsibilities are Setup and Operation of SMT machines. Under general supervision uses visual aids and verbal/written instructions. Read and understand Procedures/Processes. Assignments can be complex and personal judgment may be used to resolve problems. Some functions may require industry standard certification. Load parts onto feeders per
WI-MOP-09.29
Remove parts from feeders. Know and understand MSD Process Operate Screen Printer equipment per
WI-MOP-09.27.
Operate Glue dispensing equipment per
WI-MOP-09.26
Perform required preventive maintenance on Screen Print per WI-MMA-09.8 and Glue Dispensing Equipment per
WI-MOP-09.9.
Setup and operate all SMT Pick and Place equipment per applicable WI-MOP. Perform required preventative maintenance on all SMT Pick and Place equipment per applicable WI-MMA. Competency

Mathematical Skills Ability to perform simple math functions, read measuring devices such as scales and rulers to measure distance and volume and calculate tolerances. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense based on standard input to carry out detailed instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
