• Performs a variety of electronic and/or mechanical assembly operations on printed wiring boards and mechanical assemblies according to specifications by performing the following duties and responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Essential duties and responsibilities are Setup and Operation of SMT machines. Under general supervision uses visual aids and verbal/written instructions. Read and understand Procedures/Processes. Assignments can be complex and personal judgment may be used to resolve problems. Remove parts from feeders. Know and understand MSD Process Operate Screen Printer equipment per

WI-MOP-09.27.

Operate Glue dispensing equipment per

WI-MOP-09.26

Perform required preventive maintenance on Screen Print per WI-MMA-09.8 and Glue Dispensing Equipment per

WI-MOP-09.9.

Setup and operate all SMT Pick and Place equipment per applicable WI-MOP. Perform required preventative maintenance on all SMT Pick and Place equipment per applicable WI-MMA. Competency
