This role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electromechanical components and systems used in pH measurement devices. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical skills, with experience in PCB assembly, soldering, and interpreting schematics. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative sensor technology, ensuring high-quality production standards and operational excellence. Duties Assemble electromechanical pH sensors and related components using surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole techniques. Interpret and follow detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions to ensure precise construction. Solder surface mount devices (SMD) and through-hole components according to IPC 610 standards. Integrate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) into assembled units for automation functions. Conduct electrical testing using ohmmeters, multimeters, and power tools to verify circuit integrity. Perform mechanical assembly tasks utilizing hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment. Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, test results, and quality checks. Ensure compliance with quality standards such as IPC 610 and adhere to safety protocols during all manufacturing activities. Assist in troubleshooting electrical wiring issues and making necessary repairs or adjustments. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying potential process enhancements. Experience Proven experience in electromechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication, surface mount technology (SMT), and soldering techniques. Familiarity with reading schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and machining equipment. Understanding of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies. Mechanical knowledge related to assembling sensors or similar devices. Prior experience working with manufacturing quality standards and safety procedures. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills. This position is integral to our commitment to delivering reliable and precise pH measurement solutions.
