Every project starts with the essentials, and our cable and wire assembly team plays a critical role in bringing these experiences to life. Cable & Wire Assembler What You'll Do Assemble cables, wire harnesses, and electrical components for large-scale water features and architectural installations Follow work instructions, diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate and consistent builds Perform basic assembly tasks including cutting, stripping, crimping, and terminating wires (soldering experience is a plus, but can be learned) Inspect assemblies for quality and functionality, ensuring all work meets WET standards Work closely with production leads, engineers, and team members to troubleshoot and improve builds Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Support additional production tasks as needed—flexibility is key in a dynamic environment Work extended shifts (10-11 hours) and overtime/weekends as project demands require What You Bring Experience in cable assembly, electrical assembly, or a related hands-on role OR foundational mechanical/electrical skills with a strong willingness to learn Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, or basic schematics Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Positive attitude, reliability, and a solid work ethic Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Willingness to be trained and grow your technical skillset Nice to Have (Not Required) Prior experience with wire harnessing, crimping tools, or soldering Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or similar industries Familiarity with IPC standards or electrical assembly best practices Why WET (Design)?
