This role involves performing a variety of electro-mechanical assembly tasks, ensuring products meet quality standards, and supporting multiple production processes. The ideal candidate is hands-on, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform electro-mechanical assembly and production tasks across multiple functions, including: Assembly of electro-mechanical components Conformal coating, including masking, spraying/coating, touch-up, and verification in a semi-controlled environment RTV application and coating processes Soldering (through-hole and basic SMT) Component preparation using hand tools and pneumatic equipment Basic product software testing as required Interpret and follow mechanical drawings, work instructions, and specifications Inspect work to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness Maintain compliance with IPC-A-610, ESD, ISO, and internal quality standards Support production flow and meet productivity targets Enter daily/weekly work data into an ERP system Perform additional related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related manufacturing role Working knowledge of

standards Basic computer skills, including navigating digital work instructions and data entry Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to work independently with moderate supervision High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Experience with: Surface Mount Technology (SMT) soldering Through-hole soldering and assembly Electro-mechanical systems assembly Physical Requirements Ability to: Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods Perform fine motor tasks using both hands Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs. Work Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Based at a manufacturing facility in Camarillo, CA Schedule may vary based on business needs Overtime availability required (early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed) Compliance Requirement This position may be subject to U.S. export control regulations (ITAR) . Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents to be eligible.
