COPY LINK link Adecco is currently assisting a local client recruiting for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Carlsbad, CA. This is a temp to hire opportunity, with starting pay rates of $19.00/ hour. This role involves assembling various mechanical parts and systems, ensuring they meet stringent quality standards. The Mechanical Assembler will work closely with engineers and other team members to deliver high-quality products efficiently. For instant consideration, now!
Schedule:
6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanicalponents and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters to ensure accurate assembly. Perform electrical wiring tasks, including soldering ofponents and working with logic controllers. Inspect finished assemblies forpliance with IPC 610 standards and overall quality assurance. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain a clean andanized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements:
Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a related field. Familiarity with electricalponents, including surface mount technology and soldering techniques. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and ohmmeters. Knowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in mechanical or electrical assembly is a plus.

Pay Details:
