In partnership with OEMs, we utilize innovative, proprietary high-speed electric motor generator technologies to develop next-generation, power-dense and energy-efficient products that reduce energy consumption, harmful emissions and enhance energy security. The role of the Electric Motor Winding Technician is to manufacture high-quality stator/motor winding assemblies for use in a wide variety of high-performance motors and generators. Responsibilities Coil wind, insulate, insert, form, in-process inspect, clean and test stator assemblies according to specifications and schematics. Wind coils for stators and rotors per engineering drawings, winding diagrams, and production work instructions. Perform other related tasks as required. Experience 3+ years of proven experience in electric stator/motor winding Ability to read and comprehend assembly drawings and detailed instructions as outlined on production Work Orders. Proficiency in using hand tools and understanding of schematics Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies Ability to use hand tools, and mechanical and electrical equipment.
Pay:
