Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled Wire Harness / Assembly Technicians to build high‑reliability cable assemblies used in aerospace, defense, and space programs. This is a hands-on role working with detailed instructions and drawings. Key Responsibilities Assemble cable harnesses and wire assemblies using drawings and work instructions Perform soldering, crimping, wire termination, and routing Inspect your own work and support quality inspections Rework non-conforming parts as needed Use hand tools and manufacturing equipment Maintain safety, quality standards, and a clean work area Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of wire harness or cable assembly experience preferred Ability to read technical drawings and instructions Experience with crimpers, strippers, and soldering tools Able to stand for most of the shift Why Join Us Stable, growing company with full‑time hours and overtime Clean, climate‑controlled facility Monthly bonuses and annual reviews Long‑tenured, supportive team Work Environment Clean, air‑conditioned manufacturing site producing cable assemblies for aerospace, space, and military applications.
