Electromechanical Assembler

• Wire Harness/ Assembly Technicians 1st & 2nd Shift Available - Direct Placement
• IPC‑620 experience required - Certification NOT required

• Job Summary:

• We are looking for skilled Wire Harness / Assembly Technicians to build high‑reliability cable assemblies used in aerospace, defense, and space programs. This is a hands-on role working with detailed instructions and drawings.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Assemble cable harnesses and wire assemblies using drawings and work instructions + Perform soldering, crimping, wire termination, and routing + Inspect your own work and support quality inspections + Rework non-conforming parts as needed + Use hand tools and manufacturing equipment + Maintain safety, quality standards, and a clean work area
• Requirements
• + High school diploma or equivalent + 2+ years of wire harness or cable assembly experience preferred + Ability to read technical drawings and instructions + Experience with crimpers, strippers, and soldering tools + Able to stand for most of the shift
