Duties Prepare and assemble sub-assembly components by following work procedures Troubleshoot complex electromechanical assemblies using assembly tools Read and understand electronic schematics, engineering drawings and work instructions Set up, arrange, and operate equipment as per the specifications and instructions from the supervisor Perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure that the product is formed in accordance with the specifications. (Training will be provided) Implement and identify needs for improvement by conveying it to the senior personnel, so that quality of products is maintained Follow compliance to all safety, corporate and organizational requirements. Perform peer and self-checks to meet all requirements before moving to the next process step. Skills /

Qualifications Required:

Must be mechanically inclined

Preferred:

Familiar with blueprints

Preferred:

Experience reading

Electrical Schematics Preferred:

Experience with Electrical testing equipment

Preferred:

Experience with electrical assembly tools, bench testing and measuring instruments Willing to be cross-trained in different tasks Excellent time management Eye for detail and a methodical, tidy and careful work ethic Good manual dexterity and mechanical ability Strong communication and organizational skill Must be able to pass a drug screen for substances illegal in the state of California Hours Monday-Friday - 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM Must be able to work weekends / overtime when needed Benefits Excellent medical benefits Dental Vision Paid Vacation / Sick time Profit Sharing 401
