Hours:
5:30am - 2pm with OT Responsibilities Assemble, wire, and install a wide variety of electronic components following assembly instructions, parts lists, wire lists, diagrams, verbal instructions, and notes. Identify and select components for sub-assembly and assembly units. Utilize a range of tools including soldering irons and crimping tools. Interface with PC to record job activities and verify documentation. Read and understand engineering drawings, revision. nomenclature, and manufacturing instructions (MAI). Learn and utilize company resources such as MRP-SAP, Chorus 2.0, and Team Center. Assist with calibration and certification of test equipment and hand tools. Support continuous improvement initiatives following Lean Concepts and 5S guidelines. Assist in other production lines, warehouse/stockroom, and kitting as needed. Requirements High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; technical school or related experience preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in electronic mechanical assembly and/or cabling and harnessing. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and instructions. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Basic computer knowledge for documentation and referencing engineering EOs. Familiarity with hand tools, cutters, screwdrivers, and crimping tools. Experience with IPC-620 (cable manufacturing) and IPC-610 (mechanical assembly) certifications is a plus.
