Job Description

We are seeking experienced electronic assemblers to support a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on assembly, installation, and inspection of electronic components and subassemblies on a production line. This position is best suited for candidates with at least 1 year of electronics manufacturing or assembly experience .
Location:
Milpitas, CA Pay:
$23 to $26 hourly
Schedules:
Day Shift - Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Swing Shift - Monday through Friday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM What You'll Do Assemble electronic parts and subassemblies Read work instructions and follow drawings Use hand tools to install and secure components Perform basic soldering, crimping, and fitting tasks Inspect parts for defects and quality issues Report issues to leads or supervisors What We're Looking For 1+ year electronics assembly or manufacturing experience Ability to follow instructions and work on a production line Comfortable using hand tools Strong attention to detail Preferred Experience Electronics Assembler, SMT, PCB, or manufacturing experience Basic soldering or inspection experience Call your recruiter Hannah Le today for a phone interview at 208-398-4476 Balance Staffing is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
