Selected candidate will be responsible for the assembly, testing and repair of electro-mechanical assemblies in accordance with technical documentation.
Required Skills:
  • Experience with optical fibers, cut and connect;
  • Wiring and soldering skills;
  • Must be able to read wiring diagram and mechanical drawing;
  • Machining skill;
  • Proficient in reading and understanding schematics;
  • Know-how in operating power tools, hand tools and special tools on wiring and soldering;
  • Align, fit, assemble and inspect mechanical modules using all types of hand tools according to assembly drawing and schematics;
  • Install electrical, electronic and mechanical parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
  • Knowledge of tolerances and fits in assembly and related QC;
  • Knowledge of metric units and imperial units;
  • Experience in hand drilling, taping and building things with moving parts;
  • Perform quality control for manufacturing
  • Experience working in a team environment; Experience reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; Experience in writing routine reports and correspondence; Experience in speaking effectively to internal customers, peers and team members; Positive attitude;
  • Computer literate is a plus;
  • Prior experience with optics and semiconductor equipment is a plus;
  • Experience with CE Mark, S2, S8, S14, UL Assembly requirements;
  • 5+ years experience.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
