Selected candidate will be responsible for the assembly, testing and repair of electro-mechanical assemblies in accordance with technical documentation.Required Skills:
- Experience with optical fibers, cut and connect;
- Wiring and soldering skills;
- Must be able to read wiring diagram and mechanical drawing;
- Machining skill;
- Proficient in reading and understanding schematics;
- Know-how in operating power tools, hand tools and special tools on wiring and soldering;
- Align, fit, assemble and inspect mechanical modules using all types of hand tools according to assembly drawing and schematics;
- Install electrical, electronic and mechanical parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
- Knowledge of tolerances and fits in assembly and related QC;
- Knowledge of metric units and imperial units;
- Experience in hand drilling, taping and building things with moving parts;
- Perform quality control for manufacturing
- Experience working in a team environment; Experience reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; Experience in writing routine reports and correspondence; Experience in speaking effectively to internal customers, peers and team members; Positive attitude;
- Computer literate is a plus;
- Prior experience with optics and semiconductor equipment is a plus;
- Experience with CE Mark, S2, S8, S14, UL Assembly requirements;
- 5+ years experience.
