Will:

Assemble SMT and through-hole components on various types of printed circuit boards using hand-held soldering stations. Perform fine-pitch SMT installation and rework, including micro components. Rework electronic assemblies using a microscope and hot air rework stations. Identify electronic component types, values, and polarities accurately. Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Follow IPC standards, company policies, and quality procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD safe work area. This is a Full time, Contract to Hire opportunity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

IPC-A-610

certification or equivalent hands-on experience (required).

IPC-7711/7721

experience (Rework, Modification, and Repair of Electronic Assemblies). Experience working with both RoH (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and non RoH assemblies. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of manufacturing experience, including 2+ years soldering PCBAs. Hands-on experience with hot air rework stations. Experience working with fine-pitch SMT components and dense boards. Familiarity with electronics manufacturing environments and quality standards. IPC certification(s) strongly preferred.

Pay Range:
