Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assembler to join our 1st shift team in Rohnert Park. In this role, you will build cutting-edge technology like electric motors and electronic control devices that power the world. Soldering is a vital part of this position, as you will be responsible for connecting electrical systems and modifying printed circuit board assemblies to ensure high-quality performance. $22 - $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 3:30

No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities The core focus of this role involves the construction and testing of complex electromechanical devices. 1.
Assembly & Technical Tasks Product Assembly:
Build electric motors, computers, electronic control devices, and linear motors.
Mechanical Connection:
Install components, units, and subassemblies using rivets, bolts, and powered screwdrivers.
Wiring & Circuitry:
Install wiring and assembly casings. This includes populating, modifying, or replacing components on printed circuit board assemblies.
Soldering:
Perform soldering as part of the electrical assembly process. 2.
Quality Control & Testing Documentation:
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to ensure accuracy.
Precision Measurement:
Use instruments like micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to verify dimensions and clearances.
Functional Testing:
Test products to ensure they conform to specifications and perform correctly.
Defect Management:
