This role involves detailed assembly work, inspection, testing, programming, packaging, and labeling of assemblies. The position requires knowledge of IPC electronic standards , the ability to interpret assembly instructions, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and circuit boards following standardized procedures. Program, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies. Perform soldering in compliance with IPC specifications. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met. Assist other departments with programming, testing, packaging, and labeling. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while performing close-up assembly work. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3 years of work experience , preferably in circuit board inspection or electronic assembly. Knowledge of IPC standards and soldering techniques . Ability to work with speed, precision, and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and follow assembly instructions. Basic computer literacy (data entry, business software, internet use). Good problem-solving skills and customer service mindset. Work Environment Manufacturing environment with forklifts and production equipment. Exposure to equipment noise, elevated temperatures, occasional fumes, chemicals, and airborne particles may occur. Physical Requirements Employees must be able to perform the following tasks for extended periods (with or without assistance): Use a keyboard and computer monitor. Perform detailed work requiring close vision. Assemble small components requiring manual dexterity. Lift and move boxes or equipment up to 25 lbs .Pay:
