Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 2:20 PM-10:50 PM & Friday 1:20 PM-9:50 PM Parts, Pieces, Paychecks —Time to Assemble Your Future. The shop floor is where the action is. Join us as an Electronic Assembler and help assemble, stack, and ship products that matter.Requirements:
Previous assembly or warehouse experience High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 6 months related experience or equivalent education/experience combinationIPC-J-STD
soldering certification (Class 3 level required) IPC-610 certification preferred Experience in multiple functional areas of PCA production strongly preferred Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality Ability to work with moderate supervision and demonstrate initiative Skilled in using basic measurement tools, including digital multimeters Strong understanding of electronic assembly processes and quality standardsJob Duties:
Perform all duties of an Electronic Assembler Level 1, with expanded technical responsibilities Execute through-hole soldering with accuracy and compliance to IPC standards Assemble printed circuit boards (PCAs) across multiple functional areas of the production floor Work independently under moderate supervision while maintaining quality and efficiency standards Identify and communicate inconsistencies in work instructions or product issues during assembly Demonstrate high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in all assembly tasks Take basic electrical measurements using a digital multimeter FollowIPC-J-STD
