• Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly Must have knowledge of IPC 610/620 and

J-STD-001

standards (certification preferred) Dependable, steady, and punctual Comfortable working with your hands and tools Strong eye for detail and quality Respect for safety and teamwork Ability to read blueprints, follow written and verbal instructions, and measure accurately Basic computer skills and commitment to continuous improvement Must be able to distinguish colors for wiring and coding Your Role on the Line
