$21.00
  • $23.00 per hour Monday
  • Friday | 6:00 AM

Here's what it takes to succeed with us. High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of applicable experience Able to repetitively lift 30 lbs. Experience with soldering, hand tools, and electrical testing equipment preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to distinguish colored wires and electronic components
Key Responsibilities:
Read Customer Specification Sheets (CSS) and work orders to complete assemblies accurately Assemble electronic components, cable sets, and subassemblies according to specifications Perform soldering, crimping, cable cutting, stripping, pull testing, and electrical testing Operate hand tools, soldering equipment, stripping machines, electrical meters, and automated test equipment Package finished products, apply labels, and prepare shipments Record production quantities and inspection results on travelers and production logs Identify and report quality or production issues to supervisors or quality inspectors Assist with product repair and rework when production lines are down Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Why This Role?
