Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electro Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and technical specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with various hand and power tools. Responsibilities Assemble electrical components and systems according to detailed schematics, technical drawings, and IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies. Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to accurately install PCB (Printed Circuit Boards), connectors, wiring, and other electronic parts. Solder surface mount technology (SMT) components and through-hole components to ensure reliable electrical connections. Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to guide assembly processes. Conduct electrical testing using ohmmeters, multimeters, and other testing devices to verify circuit integrity. Maintain mechanical knowledge to assemble enclosures, chassis, and mechanical fixtures as required. Ensure compliance with quality standards by inspecting assemblies for defects and adhering to IPC 610 standards. Collaborate with engineering teams during troubleshooting or process improvements related to electrical wiring or assembly procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in electronic or electrical assembly within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of PCB design, schematics, and electrical wiring techniques. Proficiency in soldering surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole components. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus. Knowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies. Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment. Ability to read schematics accurately and interpret technical drawings. Electrical experience including testing with ohmmeters and troubleshooting circuits. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting while maintaining high-quality standards.
