Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain Secret clearance Excellent Benefits! We are hiring a RF Technician to support the assembly, testing, and tuning of high-performance RF components and assemblies. This role plays a critical part in the build process, including precision microelectronics work such as die attach and wire bonding, which directly impacts downstream RF performance.
RF Job Responsibilities:
- Perform die attach processes (physically mounting RF semiconductor die onto substrates or packages)
- Execute wire bonding operations to create precise electrical interconnections
- Assembling RF modules and hybrid microelectronic components
- Support RF testing, tuning, and troubleshooting of assemblies
- Inspect and verify work using microscopes and precision measurement tools
- Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and process documentation
- Maintain cleanroom or controlled environmental standards, as required
- Document build steps, test results, and discrepancies accurately
RF Job Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in RF assembly, microelectronics, or precision electronics manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with: Die attach techniques (epoxy, eutectic, etc.) Wire bonding (ball or wedge bonding)
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to work under magnification
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process specs
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Experience working in RF, microwave, or defense/aerospace environments
- Familiarity with RF test equipment (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers)
- IPC certifications (J-STD, IPC-A-610, etc.)
- Experience in cleanroom or ESD-controlled environments
- Work on cutting-edge RF and microelectronics technology Clearance Requirement This position requires the ability to obtain a U.
