This role offers opportunities to develop technical skills, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and make a direct impact on product quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electrical components using engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Perform mechanical alignments, fit checks, and torque fasteners to specification. Build and wire control panels, switchboards, and related assemblies using hand and power tools. Conduct electrical testing appropriate to skill level, including use of multimeters, Hipot testers, and power supplies. Complete production documentation, job travelers, and quality checklists accurately. Use ERP systems (e.g., JobBoss) and mobile applications to track work and production data. Maintain compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and lean manufacturing practices (5S). Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support process improvements and operational excellence. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions. Reliable, professional, and committed to workplace safety. Valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications Vocational training or military experience related to electrical or mechanical systems. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, including 5S and Kaizen. Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Teams and ERP systems such as JobBoss.
