Wiring Assembler Monday
  • Friday, 6:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM Saturday, 6:00 AM
  • 11:00 AM Overtime required (average 50-55 hours per week)
Locations Arvada and Aurora Pay Rate:
$21
  • 22/hour (based on experience)
  • $22hr reg = $45,760/annual $33/hr OT Pay $65,560 annual pay w/ overtime Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Wiring Assembler to join our production team.
In this role, you will measure, cut, terminate, route, and tie wires to create wire harnesses and assemble them into various components. You'll also perform continuity and functional testing, inspect for defects, and complete necessary repairs to ensure top-quality electrical assemblies.
Key Responsibilities Assembly:
Measure, cut, route, wrap, and tie wires according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Installation:
Install harnesses, subassemblies, and components into electrical devices or systems.
Soldering & Crimping:
Attach wires to terminals, connectors, and components using soldering irons or crimping tools.
Testing:
Conduct continuity and functional tests to verify compliance with specifications.
Inspection & Quality Control:
Visually inspect assemblies for proper connections, components, and workmanship; identify and correct defects.
Repair:
Diagnose and repair damaged harnesses or assemblies as required.
Documentation:
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, work orders, and specifications accurately.
Maintenance:
Clean, organize, and perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
Required Qualifications Technical Skills:
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and color codes. Familiarity with hand and power tools used in wiring and assembly. Understanding of safety and quality standards.
Manual Dexterity:
Strong hand-eye coordination and steady hands for precise, detailed work. Attention to

Commitment to accuracy and high-quality workmanship.
Teamwork:
Ability to collaborate effectively within a production team.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in wiring production, electrical assembly, or related manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience with
ISO 9001
2015 quality systems Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles Physical Requirements Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to lift and move up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Must comply with all PPE and safety requirements.
