In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for meticulously soldering and assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) and related electronic parts, ensuring each product meets rigorous quality standards. Your expertise will contribute directly to the creation of reliable, innovative electronic solutions used across various industries. Duties Perform detailed hand soldering of surface mount technology (SMT) components onto PCBs following detailed schematics and IPC 610 standards. Assemble electronic modules by connecting electrical wiring and mechanical parts using hand tools and power tools. Interpret schematics, technical drawings, and assembly instructions to accurately position components. Ensure solder joints meet IPC 610 standards for cleanliness, strength, and reliability. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues related to PCB assembly or mechanical fitment. Experience Proven experience in hand soldering, especially with PCB assemblies involving surface mount technology (SMT). Familiarity with reading schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and technical assembly instructions. Hands-on experience with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment confidently. Understanding of IPC 610 standards for electronics assembly and quality control procedures. Prior experience in manufacturing environments involving electronics or electrical wiring is highly desirable.
