Initiate and drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and cranes in a safe and controlled manner when required. Maintain manual or computerized records related to production, quality, and equipment use. Communicate effectively with team members, leads, and other departments to coordinate work and resolve issues. Work effectively as part of a team, supporting a disciplined, team-first culture focused on quality, communication, and accountability. Essential Skills Manufacturing or mechanical experience in a production environment. Hands-on experience using electrical and pneumatic air hand tools and power tools. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and wiring diagrams. Understanding of basic mechanical and electrical theories as they apply to assembly and testing. Ability to complete and maintain characteristic verification plans and other quality documentation. Experience assembling and testing electromechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies. Ability to perform installation, adhesive bonding, drilling, tapping, torqueing, lubricating, and wiring tasks. Ability to efficiently use calibrated equipment and machinery during assembly processes. Skill in inspecting incoming hardware and materials for quality and suitability. Ability to understand and follow safety data sheets and shelf-life information for chemicals used in the process. Strong commitment to following EHS compliance, safe work practices, and PPE requirements. Effective communication skills to collaborate with others in a team setting. Ability and willingness to work with minimal supervision and remain self-directed. Ability to follow detailed work instructions, quality checks, and standardized procedures consistently. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a production manufacturing setting, particularly in assembly cells, bench build areas, or production lines. Experience working with large mechanical or electromechanical components requiring precision and attention to detail. Comfort operating forklifts and cranes, with an emphasis on safe operation. Experience maintaining manual or computerized records in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Demonstrated ability to identify and contribute to process improvements in safety, quality, or efficiency. Strong receptiveness to feedback and a desire for long-term stability in a manufacturing career. Ability to thrive in a disciplined, team-first culture with clear expectations and accountability. Why Work Here? You join a large, stable manufacturing site with a strong, team-oriented culture that values discipline, accountability, and clear communication. The environment emphasizes safety with robust PPE, training, and strict safe work practices as standard. You benefit from a respectful, inclusive workplace with zero tolerance for harassment or unsafe behavior, and from leadership that focuses on quality, continuous improvement, and long-term development. This is an excellent setting for individuals who appreciate knowing what is expected, welcome constructive feedback, and seek long-term stability in a high-quality manufacturing operation. Work Environment The role is based in a production manufacturing facility rather than an office or casual warehouse. Most work takes place in assembly cells, bench build areas, or on production lines, depending on the product and stage of build. The work is hands-on and detail-oriented, often involving large components and precise, step-by-step assembly tasks. Employees are expected to follow work instructions, perform regular quality checks, and adhere to established safety standards at all times.
