Summary Solderers hold vital roles at Prime, where your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality electronic assemblies. Located in Havana, FL, this position supports our mission to deliver precision electronics that drive our clients' success. Responsibilities Assemble electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) using soldering techniques. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Conduct quality checks using calipers and ohmmeters. Follow IPC 610 standards for soldering and assembly. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies. Qualifications Proven experience in soldering and electronics assembly. Knowledge of PCB design, schematics, and electrical wiring. Familiarity with IPC 610 standards is preferred. Ability to use hand tools, calipers, and electrical testing equipment. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Prior experience in electronics manufacturing.
