$25•$30 per hour
DOE Schedule:
Full-Time | 40 hours/week We are hiring 3 Electrical Installers to support aerospace and manufacturing operations. Shift Options 1st

7:00 AM•3:30 PM 2nd
Shift:
3:30 PM•12:00 AM (includes a shift differential) Position Overview As an Electrical Installer, you will be responsible for installing, routing, and terminating electrical wiring and harnesses on aerospace components and assemblies. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read technical documentation, and experience working in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Install, route, and terminate wiring and wire harnesses Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Perform crimping, soldering, and connector installation Install panels, conduit, clamps, brackets, and support hardware Conduct continuity testing and troubleshoot electrical systems Use hand tools, torque tools, multimeters, and measuring equipment Follow aerospace quality standards (IPC/WHMA, AS9100, FAA, etc.) Support production schedules and meet deadlines Qualifications 2+ years of electrical installation or assembly experience Aerospace, aviation, defense, or manufacturing background preferred Experience with wire harnesses and connector systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Familiarity with IPC-A-610 or J-STD standards preferred High school diploma or GED required Why Apply?
