Job Description

Exxelia is a global leader in the design, development, and manufacturing of high-performance electronic components. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Electronic Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of operations and tests to ensure the precise manufacturing of our components. Duties Safely perform multiple manufacturing operations, including assembling, soldering, lead attachment, cleaning, potting, taping, testing, and related tasks, following manufacturing instructions, product specifications, schematics, and engineering sketches. Set up, adjust, and operate equipment while keeping the work area clean. Perform routine equipment maintenance to maintain production quality and efficiency. Inspect products, using sound judgment to ensure quality, and escalate any issues as needed. Perform basic calculations and input job order information into the system. Ensure accurate work order quantities and maintain proper documentation for product traceability. Identify and report any unsafe operations to the Supervisor immediately. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information or documents. Work under the guidance of the Group Leader to complete assigned duties and support additional projects and tasks as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capable of learning how to interpret technical specifications. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across all levels and work with a diverse team. Capable of working independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Two (2) years' related experience in a manufacturing environment.
