Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our dynamic team. Assemble and test electrical control panels, assemble (crimp and/or solder) wiring harness' and cables. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Responsible for assembly and testing of control panels.
  • Must be able to understand the functions of common control devices such as relay logic, timers, push buttons and switches.
  • Operation of various hand tools, power tools and electric jig saw, electric band saw, electric drill, electric tap gun, and hydraulic / pneumatic hole punches.
  • Works with blueprints, wiring diagrams, wiring schematics, process sheets and knowledge of products.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Functions in a workplace of dignity and respect for all.
  • Functions as a team member and to get along with others.
  • Honors EEO guidelines and principles.
  • Reports for work on time as scheduled and ready to perform.
  • Performs other similar or related duties as assigned, or as necessary, to accomplish the department's objectives in an effective manner.
Skills 1. Knowledge of control device functions 2. Skill in accurate assembly. 3. Skill in reading electronic schematics and wiring diagrams to perform testing and troubleshooting of control panels. 4. Ability to accept responsibility and complete projects in a timely manner. 5. Ability to operate tools safely #LP200
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
