In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic components and systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure the production of high-quality products that meet industry standards and customer expectations. Duties Assemble electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) using surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole techniques, adhering to IPC 610 standards for quality. Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to accurately assemble electrical systems and mechanical parts. Solder surface mount devices (SMD) and through-hole components with precision, ensuring strong electrical connections and compliance with safety standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and machining equipment to perform assembly tasks efficiently and accurately. Conduct inspections of assembled products using IPC 610 standards, verifying solder joints, component placement, and overall quality. Troubleshoot electrical wiring issues and mechanical assembly problems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, test results, and quality checks to ensure traceability and continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience working with PCB assembly, soldering techniques, and surface mount technology in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of schematics, electrical wiring, and mechanical assembly processes. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus. Knowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies is highly desirable. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately. Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and machining equipment. Electrical experience including troubleshooting wiring issues and verifying circuit integrity. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills.
