Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Panel Builder Assembly Helper to assist with the assembly and wiring of electrical control panels. This hands-on role supports experienced panel builders by preparing materials, assembling components, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. Responsibilities Assist with mechanical and electrical assembly of control panels Prepare, organize, and stage parts, tools, and materials Mount components, route wiring, and secure hardware Pull, bundle, and route wires under direction Read and follow basic schematics and work instructions Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and safety Maintain a clean and organized workspace Qualifications Mechanical or electrical assembly experience preferred Comfortable using hand and basic power tools Ability to read simple diagrams and instructions Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious Why Work Here Stable daytime schedule with weekends free Clean, air-conditioned production environment Supportive team and on-the-job learning opportunities Chance to build valuable electrical and mechanical skills How to Apply Interested candidates may apply directly here or send your resume to amorello@aerotek .com for direct consideration. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pompano Beach, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
