Electrical Assembler GL Staffing Services, Inc. - 3.3 West Palm Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $25 - $28 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Power tools Hand tools Sensors Full Job Description The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems and components used in automated equipment and industrial machinery. The ideal candidate has experience reading electrical schematics, working with control panels, and ensuring high-quality electrical assembly standards.
Job Functions:
Assemble and wire electrical control panels for automated manufacturing and industrial equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions Install electrical components such as relays, PLCs, power supplies, sensors, switches, terminal blocks, and circuit breakers Route, terminate, and label wires and cables according to engineering drawings and specifications Perform electrical testing, including continuity checks and functional verification of assembled systems Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic systems to identify, diagnose, and correct issues Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve assembly and build issues Ensure all assemblies meet quality, safety, and customer requirements Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S and safety standards Support machine startup, debugging, and final inspection activities as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or GED required Technical training or vocational certification in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field preferred
Experience:
2+ years of experience in electrical assembly, industrial manufacturing, or machine building Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment Experience with pneumatic systems and automation equipment preferred Familiarity with PLC-controlled machinery is a plus
Skills:
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Knowledge of electrical components and industrial control systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship #pro123
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
