Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Electrical Assembler/Dielectric Testing Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electrical components and systems used in warehouse automation and fulfillment solutions. Your expertise will help ensure the reliability and quality of complex electrical assemblies, contributing to the seamless operation of cutting-edge logistics facilities. Duties Assemble electrical components and wiring according to schematics and technical specifications. Test assembled units using tools such as ohmmeters, calipers, and power tools to verify functionality and adherence to quality standards. Perform Hi‑Pot (dielectric withstand) tests on electrical and electro‑mechanical assemblies according to work instructions and test procedures Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to accurately complete assemblies. Use mechanical knowledge and hand tools to install electrical assemblies into enclosures or mechanical systems. Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, test results, and quality checks. Qualifications Familiarity with electrical wiring, schematics, and reading technical drawings. Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and ohmmeters accurately. Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment. Electrical experience in manufacturing environments preferred. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
