Electrical Control Panel Assembler No experience required but must have great work ethic and eager to learn. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Control Panel Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling control panels independently, directly from schematics, and ensuring quality and precision in every task. Responsibilities Read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts without assistance. Perform accurate wiring and component installation. Use a volt meter for testing and verification. Conduct light debugging and troubleshooting. Layout and build panels with minimal supervision. Size wires correctly based on application. Maintain understanding of UL508 standards and requirements (training provided). Essential Skills Experience with schematics, wiring, and assembly. Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical drawings. Ability to use hand and power tools effectively. Experience in electrical assembly and control panel construction. Soldering skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications 0 - 2+ years of panel building experience. Proficient in schematic reading. Strong troubleshooting skills. Leadership and mentoring ability. Work Environment Work indoors on a day shift from Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, with voluntary overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rincon, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $30.00/hr.
