What Drives Success Under direct supervision, the person in this position works in a variety of manufacturing jobs as needed. Interprets basic wiring diagrams, pictorials, wiring schematics, written and verbal instructions to assemble electrical components and units in a production environment. Places components in electric box or unit in accordance with provided documentation. Reconciles pick list to work order and kit parts. What We Are Looking For Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Able to identify electrical components. Developing ability to read and interpret basic electrical diagrams and components. Developing skills with wire gauges, electrical connectors, terminals, tape measure, squares, hand tools and electrical tools. Frequently moves and positions equipment up to 50 pounds. Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary position.
What We Offer Compensation:
This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.30-20.75 /hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
