Apply today! We are seeking a skilled assembler to join our dynamic load cell sensor manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various manufacturing techniques, particularly in working with mechanical assemblies or electronic assemblies. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through precise assembly processes of manufacturing a load cell sensor. Duties Operate a variety of power tools, hand tools, lift assist devices, material moving equipment as appropriate. Work at a variety of workstations and on a variety of products that includes but is not limited to Grit blasting, Parts Washing, Scribing. Applying LPS, Painting, Priming, Applying Conformal Coat, Laying Components on Glass Trays, Encapsulation Prep, Assist in Soldering/Gauging Prep and Calibration Prep when needed. Retrieve parts from a variety of heights including floor or overhead and WIP carts Read and comprehend drawings, digital work instructions and safety documents Practice Safety and Housekeeping Skills and Continuous Improvement activities as directed by supervisor and adhering to company policy. Periodically work with materials designated as potentially hazardous using proper PPE. Safety Data Sheets are on file and regularly reviewed adhering and complying to proper company safety policy and practices. Conduct preventive maintenance as appropriate and report equipment maintenance issues requiring technician review to your immediate supervisor. Assist in directing workflow and training of others as required by your supervisor Communicate with team members in a collaborative, respectful and positive manner as defined in the employee handbook for respectful workplace expectations. Demonstrate sufficient technical and quality proficiency. Report fully ready to work at your scheduled start time. This implies beverages and/or bathroom breaks have been already accomplished. Maintain a break schedule and return to station by prescribed start time. Utilize computers and terminals to log in/out throughout the day and submit time off requests Complete paperwork requirements of traveler reports and computer data input May be assigned to different product lines as necessary to meet customer and/or company objectives Adhere to proper safety practices to include material handling and proper lifting techniques as defined by company policy and training programs. Strong work-ethic and self motivation with minimal supervision. Ability to consistently report to work on time. Good training retention. Ability to utilize work instruction software and follow instructions (English). Good Training Retention Familiarity with following processes in general assembly of product. Experience utilizing traveler reports and manufacturing forms. Basic knowledge of computer and typing skills. Experience following safety procedures and precautions while performing your duties. Must be able to pass an OSHA approved respiratory assessment with a Spirometer. (This assessment will be conducted within the first 90 Days of employment). This includes Respirator Medical Evaluation Questionnaire Part A (Mandatory)

Appendix C to sec. 1910.3134. Physical Demands Ability to Stand, sit, and/or walk throughout the work shift as the task requires. Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception. Hold hand and arm position steady for several seconds. Ability to grip, manipulate, and assemble small parts. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs momentarily. Ability to effectively work in both high-variety and high-repetition environments for full shift. Requires minimal breaks beyond schedule. Requires the ability to wear a Scale-Tec provided 3M respiratory mask.
