Job description: Overview Carl Stahl Cable Mesh is an innovative company dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients. We produce stainless steel architectural cable assemblies and mesh systems throughout the US for various applications including bridges, railing infill, safety enclosures, greenery walls and various other commercial, residential and industrial applications. We are seeking motivated, dedicated, and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are assembled and manufactured to the highest quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Duties Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to produce high-quality products. Machinery includes pneumatic presses, wire cutters, and spoolers. Perform assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools as required. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Inspect finished products for quality assurance and report any defects or issues. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist in the movement of materials within the manufacturing facility, including operating forklifts when necessary. Skills Previous factory or warehouse experience is required. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and assembly line operations. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Ability to operate forklifts, with certification preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
