$16.00/hour 🧩 Job Summary We are hiring a Mechanical & Electrical Assembly Technician to support hands-on production and assembly operations. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing or production experience who are comfortable working with hand tools, reading assembly instructions, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a team-oriented environment. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Perform cable cutting, stripping, connectorization, and shrink tubing operations Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) Assemble, test, and tune completed units following company quality procedures Accurately complete production logs and process documentation Identify and communicate assembly or test issues , including verbal improvement suggestions Skillfully use rulers and other measuring devices Label and package products using bags, boxes, tubes, and other specified packaging Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following housekeeping standards Assist with training team members by sharing product and process knowledge Strictly follow departmental processes and safety procedures Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Experience with assembly work using hand and power tools Manufacturing and production experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong teamwork skills and flexibility in tasks Basic verbal, reading, and written communication skills in English ⭐ Nice to Have Soldering experience 🦺 Work Environment Manufacturing / production floor Requires standing, lifting, and use of hand tools Emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and quality compliance 📌 Why Join?
