Electronic Assembler

Job Title:

Electronic Assembler shift: 7am-3:30pm $18 Job Description The Sample Maker assembles and inspects electrical circuit products, documents inspection results in the computer system, and prepares product samples for shipment to customers. This role requires consistent attention to detail, careful handling of small components, and the ability to follow written procedures while working at a bench for most of the day. Responsibilities Perform basic assembly of electrical circuit products according to established procedures and work instructions. Conduct detailed inspections of assembled products using microscopes and other measuring devices to verify quality and accuracy. Record inspection results and production information accurately in the company's computer systems. Prepare and assemble product samples to be sent to customers, ensuring they meet all quality and specification requirements. Follow quality control standards to identify, document, and help resolve any defects or nonconformities. Handle production tasks such as packing, picking, and working on the assembly line as needed to support workflow. Use power tools and other production equipment safely and correctly when required. Perform color matching and visual checks to ensure products meet appearance and specification standards. Maintain organized inventory of parts and samples, ensuring materials are properly labeled and stored. Keep the workbench and surrounding area clean, orderly, and compliant with safety and quality guidelines. Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding product issues, sample requirements, and production priorities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cary, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
