What You'll Do Receive, scan, and document incoming parts and materials Perform simple factory resets using a manual button press Run automated tests by plugging in up to 32 units to identify repair needs Conduct Wi‑Fi and elevated‑temperature testing Complete cosmetic cleaning and basic repairs Perform In‑Process Quality Control (IPQC) checks Prepare kits, pack out products, and build pallets for shipment Ensure all parts are scanned and tracked at every step What Makes You a Great Fit Strong attention to detail Comfortable standing for the full shift Team‑oriented and reliable Excited to learn and be cross‑trained in multiple areas Preferred Experience (Not Required) Assembly, picking, packing, or retail experience Repair or refurbishing skills Quality inspection or electronic assembly Soldering, test equipment, RF scanner, or computer use Ability to read blueprints or use basic power tools General labor experience Why You'll Love Working Here Fun culture with company lunches, birthday and anniversary celebrations, and referral bonuses Supportive team and hands‑on training Modern facility with locker rooms, a cafeteria with refrigerators and microwaves, and convenient access to major roads, gas stations, and restaurants Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gilberts, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
