What You'll Do:
Assembling, integrating, and testing complex electrical and mechanical subsystems. Performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis using diagnostic tools and test equipment. Interpreting and following technical documentation, including work instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings. Operating a variety of tools and equipment (e.g., hand tools, power tools, multimeters, test fixtures, lifting equipment). Accurately recording test data and communicating findings to cross-functional teams. Identifying, documenting, and processing non-conforming materials in accordance with quality standards. Collaborating with team members to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols. Completing necessary training and certifications within defined timelines. What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly. 1+ years of experience with documentation practices (electronic or paper-based). What Sets You Apart:
Associate Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics or Manufacturing or Automotive or Engineering Technology. Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments. Familiarity with torque tools (mechanical and digital torque wrenches). Experience loading and installing firmware/software on complex systems. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong ability to interpret technical documentation (drawings, procedures, schematics). Demonstrated attention to detail and willingness to speak up when quality is at risk. Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
