Manufacturing / Electronic Assembly PROMAN Staffing is seeking Level I Assemblers for a well-established electronic manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop skills in production, assembly, and manufacturing processes. No prior experience is required—full training is provided. Position Summary The Level I Assembler performs mechanical assembly tasks and cable preparation following verbal and written instructions. This role involves repetitive tasks, quality inspection, and basic use of tools. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and verbal directions Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools Measure, cut, count, and prepare wires (manual or automatic tools) Label, strip, tin, and crimp wires following established processes Assemble parts, components, and packaging (production line / repetitive tasks) Visually inspect products to ensure quality and correct measurements Package, label, and prepare products for shipment Operate semi-automatic equipment such as drills, grinders, and wire stripping machines Clean parts and subassemblies as needed Maintain a clean work area and follow safety guidelines Complete internal certifications as required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to follow instructions in a steady-paced environment Comfortable using hand tools and performing repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and accountability Background and Drug Screen Why Work with PROMAN?
