Appletree Staffing is hiring a 1st Shift and 2nd Shift Electromechanical Assembler for a leading, globally recognized manufacturing company right here in Greenwood! What You'll Do:

Assemble mechanical and electronic components into finished products Build subassemblies using hand and power tools Perform visual inspections and functional testing Calibrate devices as needed Maintain inventory accuracy and report adjustments Follow safety guidelines and ISO procedures Package finished products for shipment with care Keep your workspace clean and organized (5S standards) Use internal systems like SAP to track production

What We're Looking For:

0-2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience (or related training) Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and machinery Ability to read basic diagrams and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Self-motivated and able to multitask Willingness to learn and cross-train

Physical Requirements:

Standing for extended periods Lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally with assistance) Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
