High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Assembly & Wiring:
Perform precise electrical and mechanical assembly of modules, control panels, and sub-assemblies. Install printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies and wire harnesses into housings. Blueprint Reading:
Review production orders, blueprints, wiring schematics, and 3D samples to determine correct assembly sequences and procedures. Tool Operation:
Safely use a variety of hand and power tools, including wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, wrenches, and electric drills. Perform finishing tasks (filing, grinding, scraping) as needed for a proper fit. Inventory Management:
Review component lists, retrieve parts from the stockroom, and monitor inventory levels at your workstation. Notify the floor lead or parts room when supplies run low. Quality Control & Inspection:
Conduct visual inspections of parts and completed units to ensure compliance with specifications. Report any fitting errors or defects to the floor lead. Workspace Safety:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety protocols, dispose of waste properly, and neatly stage finished products.
